I cannot enjoy dairy as you guys would. I have digestive problems from having too much dairy. I tend to spend a lot of time in the bathroom, whenever I consume even a small amount of dairy. However, thanks to your post, I might be able to enjoy dairy more today. I will definitely try out your suggestions in the future.
