The American Cheese Society Judging & Competition it the largest judging and competition of its kind for American-made cheeses. This year's competition took place as part of the American Cheese Society’s Annual Conference, Cheese in the Heartland. The Conference & Competition was held in Des Moines, IA July 27 – 30, 2016. Edgewood Creamery was recognized by the judges for excellence amongst 1,843 products from 260 entering companies.
Our Milk & Honey, fromage blanc, won third place in the Flavored Cheese category! 2016 was our first year entering, and we cannot wait for next year!
